Pilot Projects
The SPAN pilot projects were chosen from over 80 applicants. They were chosen to reflect a wide range of situations such as urban and rural, large groups and small groups, new groups and well established groups.
In the first year we worked with three projects - Waltham Forest, Easton and Aylesham, with the final seven projects starting in year 2. The work with the projects has highlighted a series of common challenges that were identified at the recent SPAN Gathering. Details to follow shortly.
